Racial Discrimination

For people, living or working in Somerset and North Somerset, we offer a free and confidential casework service to people who have been subjected to unlawful racial discrimination or victimination in employment or in the provision of goods, facilities and services. We can offer support and assistance. Although we cannot represent you in Court or an Industrial Tribunal, we can help you get free legal advice and can assist in preparing your case. We can also support you in making a complaint to an employer or service provider.
